Sales Coordinator

Location: Jurong (IMM) Job Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via email or phone Prepare sales-related documents, such as sales quotations for customers, tender documents, proposals, contracts, etc. Assist in tracking sales activities and progress against targets. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client requests and orders. Perform all other job-related duties as assigned by the Sales team and Management Indoor/Outdoor sales co-ordination Responds to customers' expectation and issues effectively. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales coordination or customer service role, preferably in the trading or distribution industry
