Sales Coordinator

The Coordinator, Sales plays a key role in supporting the overall sales operations by ensuring smooth coordination between sales agents, internal departments, and purchasers. This role involves managing booking and sales documentation, maintaining accurate data in the system, monitoring inventory, and generating reports for management review. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, systematic, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with various stakeholders to ensure seamless sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with relevant parties (Eg. Sales Agency, credit control department, accounts, mortgage team, and purchasers) with regards to booking/sales documentations
• To monitor and ensure agents comply with documentation SOP.
• To ensure and verify purchaser's information are complete as preconditioned in the system.
