Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Coordinate with sales team members by managing sales orders /schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
Conduct price verification and secure necessary approvals.
Input customer purchase orders accurately into the SAP system.
Prepare and issue quotations to customers.
Convert approved quotations into sales orders.
Manage Letter of Credit processes and coordinate payment to facilitate order release to the paper mill.
Respond to complaints from customers and provide after-sales support when requested.
