Responsibilties / Accountabilities
Primary - Support Sales Engineer/Manager on project related issues
Secondary - Support other Admin Staff during their absence
Job Duties -
- Process Sales related documentation and manage it from start to closure within given time frame
2.Liaise and resolve any projects issues with respective stakeholders.
3.Participate in continual quality and productivity improvement.
4.Track and manage customer's on loan items.
5.Convey customer's requirements to the supporting business units within the company
6.Generation of reports.
7.Any other administrative tasks assigned by the Manager or team from time to time.
Minimum Job requirements:
Minimum Diploma / Degree in Sales and Marketing
Experience
2-3 years experience
Knowledge: Be proficient in MS Office.
Skill set: Posses good communication and interpersonal skill
