Sales Coordinator

FILINVEST COMPANY: Crimson Resort & Spa, Mactan

Room Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting and assisting the role of the Sales Executive/Manager in the planning, execution and delivery of all room inquiries in the Hotel. He/She is responsible in coordinating, liaising and organizing requirements for each and every confirmed event in order to maximize room revenue, maintains business relationships and ensures excellent customer service is rendered to all current and potential guests at all times.

• Actively and aggressively solicits business and generates revenue from all types of market segments through upselling.

• Maintains positive relationships with travel agents, coordinators, suppliers and other sources of business for the Hotel.

• Responsible for the dissemination of groups related information to other departments e.g. issues Guest Information Sheet (GIS), Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and the like.
