Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day sales operations and activities.
Handle appointment setting with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads, qualify prospects, and promote company products or services.
Manage email marketing campaigns, including sending product introductions, follow-ups, and promotional materials.
Prepare, send, and follow up on sales quotations to ensure timely responses and order conversions.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and sales activities
Assist in monitoring sales pipelines and ensuring proper coordination between sales, operations, and clients.
Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
