Sales Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the sales team in day-to-day sales operations and activities.
• Handle appointment setting with prospective and existing clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms.
• Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads, qualify prospects, and promote company products or services.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including sending product introductions, follow-ups, and promotional materials.
• Prepare, send, and follow up on sales quotations to ensure timely responses and order conversions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, appointments, and sales activities
• Assist in monitoring sales pipelines and ensuring proper coordination between sales, operations, and clients.
