Sales Coordinator

This is a remote position.

Under instruction from the National Sales Manager (and other personnel from time to time), the Sales Coordinator will:

�       Generate (and circulate) reports such as: Rebate reports, Customer order reports, Invoicing reports and Stock reports. These reports will predominantly be generated from SAP Hana and manipulated within Excel.

�       Generate and update invoices in line with supplier and customer requirements and in consultation with the Finance team members and Finance Standard Operating Processes relating to invoice management.

�       Liaise with retail managers to obtain purchasing forecast information and respond to stock and delivery queries.

�       Create and update New Line Forms and pricing using both SAP and Excel.

�       Create documentation specifically required by our partners for each season.
