Sales Coordinator

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB:

• Responsible for all accurate capturing of customer orders received from Area Managers or directly from customers whilst constantly aspiring to meet sales and gross profit targets.
• This job holder must assist in developing sound customer relationships and the securing of sales orders from said customers.
• The job holder would also share the responsibility of obtaining market intelligence as well as assisting in providing key documents (product quotations, product certificates and pricelists, etc.) to customers.
• As part of a team of Sales Co-Ordinator the job holder shares responsibility in assisting the procurement department with information that can assist the procurement process.

SCOPE OF JOB
