- Support in coordinating shipping-related assignments for mainly steel/copper scrap business.
- Support in divisional administration tasks (concur for GM/DGM, hotel/restaurant/ meeting room arrangement, Hotel support, Document stock, Doi Tung Basket, Diary/Calendar, Subscription etc).
- To understand the proper business process, internal rules and input in the system properly.
- Self-Development: To enhance working skills/communication skills, join several seminars/training sessions 
Job Requirement

- At least 1 year of experience as a Sales coordinator with handling shipping documents (import and export operations) from a Trading/Manufacturing company
- Conversational High level in English (Communicate with Japanese GM and External)
- Proficient in basic IT applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
