Sales Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Sales Coordinator to join our team at Sheng Long Bio Tech (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Nibong Tebal, Penang. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, providing administrative support, and contributing to the overall success of our sales operations.

What you'll be doing

• Liaise with sales teams to process orders, handle inquiries, and provide updates on order status
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and inventory levels
• Assist the sales team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials
• Coordinate with the logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and generating reports
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and processes
