a) 衔接并协调客户可持续发展需求与M-CN的对接与对齐

Bridge and align customer sustainability requirements with M-CN

b) 与M-CN内部跨职能团队协作，包括销售、C/SEB-CN、PUR、GS、M/PU、M/BDX及工厂，满足客户需求

Coordinate with cross-functional teams within the M-CN network, including Sales, C/SEB-CN, PUR, GS, M/PU, M/BDX, and manufacturing plants to fulfill customer requirements

c) 代表BBM-CN参加客户可持续发展相关会议及培训，带回客户反馈，确保客户需求与M可持续发展目标一致

Participate in customer sustainability meetings and training sessions on behalf of BBM-CN, and bring back insights. Ensure alignment between customer expectations and M’s sustainability objectives

d) 定期向M/OSU汇报中国区客户在可持续发展议题上的现状与进展

Regularly report to M/OSU on the status and progress of sustainability-related topics concerning CN customers

e) 支持M-CN各基地落实可持续发展目标、关键绩效指标及相关合规要求

Support the implementation of sustainability targets, KPIs, and regulations across M-CN locations
