Brief Job Description

• Manage sales orders, client communications, and follow-ups while ensuring all projects run smoothly from start to finish.
• Be the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and offering tailored solutions based on our top-tier security and fire safety systems.
• Work cross-functionally with our technical, logistics, and project management teams to deliver seamless service to our clients.
• Track and report on sales performance, providing valuable insights to help improve strategies and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in sales coordination or support, ideally within the security, fire safety, or technical industries.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
