Sales Coordinator

Work location:

Allied Interiors Trading, Unit 2 Ortigas Home Depot, Julia Vargas Avenue corner Meralco Avenue, Barangay Ugong, Pasig City, Metro Manila

Responsibilities:

• Active communication among the sales team for effective release of product order to the clients
• Attends to the walk-in clients in the Showroom
• Performs the duties of the Sales executive while the SE is on field
• Routes documentations to concerned parties
• Communicates to the departments involved in sales
• Answer phone calls
• Encodes sales details and keep with utmost confidentiality

Work Schedule:

• 9:30am to 6:30pm, Monday to Saturday

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Must be presentable and can communicate with clients effectively
• Must be hardworking and trustworthy
• At least one (1) year experience in sales is an advantage
