Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team with presentations, proposals, and quotations; respond to customer inquiries; manage sales orders and act as a liaison with other departments.
• Ensure accuracy of customer orders, coordinate with production and logistics for timely delivery, track order progress, and maintain sales reports.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, monitor feedback, and ensure clear, professional communication.
• Prepare regular sales reports, maintain customer records, and analyze sales data for growth opportunities.
