Sales Coordinator

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer enquiries and orders
• Handle daily customer quotes, sample arrangements, and order requests
• Track important project progress, collect and organize information
• Collect and analyze monthly and quarterly sales data
• Communicate and coordinate with sales/customers on issues and anomalies
• Manage customer contracts, agreements, and compliance requirements, and coordinate with relevant departments for reviews
