What you'll be doing
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer enquiries and orders
Handle daily customer quotes, sample arrangements, and order requests
Track important project progress, collect and organize information
Collect and analyze monthly and quarterly sales data
Communicate and coordinate with sales/customers on issues and anomalies
Manage customer contracts, agreements, and compliance requirements, and coordinate with relevant departments for reviews
Reconcile invoices and follow up on payments
Schedule shipments, print delivery notes, and audit shipping documents
Oversee customs clearance, settlements, and after-sales service
