Sales Coordinator

Location: Tayud, Liloan, Cebu

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team and ensure smooth sales operations.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts
• Process sales orders and coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and Logistics
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery
• Maintain and update customer records and sales reports
• Handle customer inquiries and provide after-sales support
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Coordinate with Accounting regarding billing and collections follow-up

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• With at least 1 year experience in sales support or coordination
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
