Non-Management Job Summary To support the sales process and administrative function of the Proactive and Sales Centre Team. Duties And Responsibilities To handle all incoming calls in the office within 3 rings and to assist incoming sales enquiries through the sales process including guestrooms, group and catering bookings with proper follow-up on all quotations within 24 hours. Complete recording of all reports assigned. Assist to meet prospective clients for walk in site inspections in the absence of the Sales Team Personnel in a professional manner when communicating with customers.
