Job Summary:
The Sales Coordinator supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal departments. This role helps improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
Customer Coordination
Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries
- Follow up with clients on orders, deliveries, and payments
- Resolve customer issues or escalate them to appropriate departments
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
