Job Description

                    Assistant to VP-Sales and marketing and AVP for sales and marketing, business unit managers of the sales department 
Monitors, checks and maintains sales A1-A3 forms 
Coordinate with clients for customer feedback 
Assist in ministerial sales tasks like preparing bid documents, business documents, etc. 
Encoding files and documents as may be duly assigned 
Taking down of minutes of the meeting of the sales department when assigned 
Attend daily meetings with the technical coordinators and project managers 
Coordinate Client Concerns with the administration department, following strictly the company policy and procedures 
Renewal of documents needed for biddings and accreditation 
Prepare assignment slip for site surveys and demo 
Candidate must possess at least Bachelors/College Degree in Business Studies Administration/Management or equivalent
