                    Job Description  Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture And Repair Of Construction Machinery And Part 
Position Title: Sales Coordinator / Sales Admin  
Working Location: West - Joo Koon 
Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm 
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3300 + Medical & Dental Benefits + AWS + VB  
Duration: Permanent Role 
 Key Responsibilities  Handle customer enquiries via email, fax, phone, letters, or other channels 
Prepare supporting documents, enter orders into the company computer system, and monitor order status 
Handle special orders for items that are not in stock or not normally stocked, and update customers when items are available or have arrived, in close coordination with the supply chain team and warehouse team
