Sales Coordinator

Overview

Recovered Energy Engineering Sdn Bhd – Petaling. This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, based in Shah Alam. The Sales Coordinator will manage daily sales-related activities, assist in coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensure the timely processing of orders and inquiries. The role includes handling customer interactions, maintaining sales records, shipment handling and supporting the sales team in meeting organizational goals. The role also requires ensuring smooth sales operations and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute end-to-end sales order processing from receipt of Purchase Order (PO) through purchasing, delivery, invoicing, and payment follow-up.
• Liaise with internal sales team, suppliers, freight forwarders, couriers, and customers to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely delivery.
