Job Description
Sales Coordinator role is to perform general office duties to fully support, from administrative, customer service, and sale lead development perspectives. Primary focus is inside sales and includes coordinating meeting room details, incoming inquires etc. Ensure response time of 24–hours post-inquiry and follow up within 24 hours of proposal delivery.
Ensure timely and accurate data entry in Sales Force for all sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities.
Handle phone enquiries and follow through. Answer the telephone within 3 rings using correct solution and proper telephone etiquette. Answer guest questions about property facilities/services. Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.
Sales Coordinator also presents a high standard of integrity, service and hospitality at all times to promote the hotel.
