Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to bridge the gap between our customers, sales team, and technical departments. The successful candidate will ensure seamless order management, accurate documentation, and exceptional service delivery to maintain our high company standards.

Responsibilities:

• To input orders into the system and ensure that order are processed in line with customers' delivery requirements
• To generate a quotation requested by the customer and Sales Department
• To ensure the accuracy and timely processing of orders
• To coordinate with the Technical Support Department and the Sales Department on customer orders, deliveries, requirements, and other related matters
