Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator, based in Shah Alam. The Sales Coordinator will manage daily sales-related activities, assist in coordinating with clients and internal teams, and ensure the timely processing of orders and inquiries. Key responsibilities include handling customer interactions, maintaining sales records, shipment handling and supporting the sales team in meeting organizational goals. The role also requires ensuring smooth sales operations and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.
Previous experience in logistics or sales coordination is preferred, particularly in arranging shipment collection and preparing customs clearance documentation.
Ability to coordinate effectively with clients and suppliers for after-sales service activities.
Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and customers to achieve cost efficiency.
