Job Scope
-Processing of Purchase Orders
-Preparation of Invoices
-Follow up and monitor customers’ complaints and overdue payment
-General clerical duties, including filing, a compilation of reports as and when required.
-Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by the Sales Team / Directors.
-Support and follow-up for sales activities.
-Follow up with suppliers on price negotiation, offers and/ or existing customer orders.
-Liaise with logistics team with matters pertaining to importation and exportation.
-Keep information accessible by sorting and filing documents.
– Accomplish the Company’s mission by completing related results as needed.
-Report meeting minutes and any issue which leads to unwelcome situations to the supervisor.
-Liaise with finance team on any sales and purchase related matters.
