Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:
Knowledgeable in Sales processing: Quotation, Sales Order, Purchases Order, Delivery Order, Invoicing Able to do Quotation and handle high volume of inquires through emails & phone calls Perform strong back-end administrative support to outdoor sales team Ensuring projects adhere to agreed plans and schedules Assist in the preparation and submission of reports and documents for tenders Connect/maintain with key customer contacts as required Proactively source for new sales opportunities through existing lead follow-up Follow up with customers to ensure approvals and payments are received on time Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to facilitate smooth daily operations Attend online and offline product training sessions arranged by vendors to stay up-to-date with the latest developments
