Job Description
Job Responsibility
- Preparation of quotations, sales & delivery orders promptly to the customer.
- Issue P.O. acknowledgement to customer and create order entry in system.
- Collaborate with the planning team on escalations and pull in orders to maximize shipment.
- Coordinate shipment with logistics team and handle shipment issue.
- Maintaining Sales: Order intake into the ERP system for order triggering preparation.
- Coordinate for all respective customer RFQs and ensure they are submitted on time in order to position ourselves to win the project for strategic customers.
- Job sheet preparation for order launching to the internal team.
- Inventory management, stock‑take, Buffer stock, VMI, Kanban or Consignment Agreement.
- Coordinate and follow up with internal departments of customer open order and meet with the planner to obtain internal committed delivery and resolve issues.
