Sales Coordinator , Soap Unit (Temporary)

THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION FOR 6 MONTHS.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the monitoring of the daily operation of sales administration and operational functions.
• Provide support on delivery schedules and monthly reports.
• Process sales contract into SAP system.
• Work closely with sales administrators and sales managers to ensure all customer requirements are well-coordinated.
• Monitor and follow-up on payment and goods delivery as per schedule.
• Maintain a systematic filing system and safekeeping of documents.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by managers.

JOB SUCCESS REQUIREMENTS

• Degree/Diploma with a minimum of 1-2 years related working experience, preferably in manufacturing industries.
