Responsibilities

• In-charge of overall sales performance of the assigned area.
• Lead and motivate subordinates such as promoters.
• Oversee performance of subordinates.
• Coordinate and communicate with assigned dealers on all matters concerning the account.
• Conduct store visits to all assigned areas.
• Handle store opening, assist in delivery and installation of fixtures and merchandise.
• Conduct inventory in the store as needed.
• Conduct product training.
• Help in sourcing promoters and conduct interviews.
