Sales Coordinator

Job Description

• Report any comments, suggestions, or complaints from fixed customers or Yakult Ladies (YLs) to the immediate superior.
• Maintain and strengthen goodwill with Yakult Ladies and fixed customers.
• Regularly review and monitor the YL Consumers List, Monthly Sales and Income Reports, and Propagation Reports.
• Monitor and report any competitive activities within the assigned area.
• Ensure accountability of all Yakult Ladies and center-related accounts.
• Take over the duties of the Center Secretary in their absence.
• Recruit candidates for vacant areas and support expansion initiatives.
• Monitor Yakult Ladies during delivery and propagation activities to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Motivate and provide guidance to Yakult Ladies, particularly during afternoon sessions.
• Act as Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in the absence of the Center’s Responsible Man.
