Job Description

Sales /Customer Services Administrator (entry level) -
Company transport pick up/drop off at Boon Lay and Jurong East MRT station 5-Day work week from 8.30am to 6.00pm or 7.00am to 4.00pm
RESPONSIBILITIES
. Manage daily customer sales Purchase Order. . Update and maintain sales price & catalogue . Process invoice, cancellation/expired/damage stocks and issue CN . Handle all Point of Sales Material with efficiently and effectively by Principle . Maintain monthly Initivate Maintenance (product discount) promotion list in the system . If needed, maintain customer list, organise Proof of Performance photos to generate promotional claims from the principals/supplier . If needed, receive & distribute daily customers' sales Invoice/PO for sales team . Fully in-charge of all sampling and FOC items to trade with trackers . Filing of Invoices after WMS captured . Generate New Product Trade circular and Price Mark Up to trade . Collaborate with principle on discontinued products, new pro...
