Sales & Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Sales & Customer Service Representative to act as the primary bridge between our clients and our cleaning teams. This role is about more than just answering phones; you will be the voice of our company, responsible for converting leads into loyal customers and ensuring our current clients receive world-class service. You will work closely with and provide direct support to our Office Manager to ensure daily operations run like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Lead Management: Respond to inquiries, provide accurate quotes for cleaning services, and follow up diligently with leads to grow our client base.
