Job Description

What you will do
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Build-up market insights through market mapping activities, understand the key strategies for assigned assortments/markets, follow-up and implement the annual marketing and project plan to achieve the business objectives and goals based on coach and guidance
Get alignment with sales team for resource, action plan and business targets based on the coach and guidance.
Market Intelligence
Collect the marketing information and data, including competition status. Support to analyze and generate the marketing report, including customer behavior, market trends, competitive analysis, and campaign performance, business suggestions and solutions to support business growth
Understand the policies, regulations, and market practice for assigned markets or industries, feedback and deliver the information to the team timely
