About the role
NSG is one of the Nordic region's leading suppliers of precious metals, with over 30 years of experience in the industry. We have been active in the Finnish market for seven years and expanded our presence in 2024 with an office in Helsinki.
Due to our strong growth, we are now looking for a Sales & Customer Support professional to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Helsinki, Finland.
You will be part of a local team of four and work closely with colleagues at our headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
Your role at NSG
As a Sales & Customer Support, you will play a key role throughout the customer journey in the Finnish market. Your main focus will be supporting the sales team and delivering excellent customer service, while also contributing to various operational and administrative tasks across the business.
