Sales & Customer Support Specialist

Sto Canada (Sto), a global innovation leader of building enclosure systems and high-performance facade coatings, is seeking a Sales & Customer Support Specialist . The purpose of this position is to provide primary inside sales and customer support at our Calgary Sales Centre. In addition, this role will manage customer inquiries, order processing, and account relationships across in-person, phone, and email channels. The role also carries advanced responsibility for distribution and logistics coordination, including import compliance and shipment management.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, product questions, and order status updates.
• Support outside sales representatives with quotations, sample requests, and account follow-up.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support retention and repeat business.
• Process and manage orders in SAP following ISO procedures.
