Job Description
This role helps a UK University enrol more students by making sense of sales data and turning it into clear, practical insights. You will look at how student leads move through the sales process — from first enquiry to enrolment — and help the sales and conversion teams focus on the leads and activities that are most likely to turn into students.
What youll be doing day to day:
Understanding and improving sales performance
- Track how leads perform at every stage of the sales journey — from enquiry, to offer, to deposit, to enrolment
- Spot where leads are getting stuck or dropping off
- Identify which markets, programmes, intakes and campuses are converting best — and which ones need attention
- Share clear insights and recommendations so the sales team knows where to focus their effort
Reporting & insights
- Produce simple daily, weekly and monthly reports that show how sales is performing
