Renowned Cement Factory is looking for Demand Generator for its product, Wall Putty. we are inviting all resign staff related to paint and construction industry for this position.
Position Title: Demand Generator - HD Putty.
Note: Only Paint/ Construction/ Ceramic Tiles working experience candidates can apply.
Compensation:
- Salary: PKR 50,000/- & 50 Liters Fuel ( Gross 63,000/- as per fuel rate)
- Incentive: As Per Policy (Max Limit 100k)
- Medical: IPD 5 Lac
- Life Insurance: 5 Lac
Key Job Responsibility:
Field-based sales with strong focus on construction site hunting.
Identify and convert new construction sites into regular customers.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, site supervisors, painters, masons, and dealers.
Ensure product visibility and availability at relevant markets/shops.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and provide market feedback.
