Job Description

                    Sales & Business Development: Actively sell CLIMBS insurance products, focusing on Non-Life Insurance, strengthen cooperative partnerships, and identify potential non-CAC cooperatives for future business expansion. 
CAC Operations & Compliance: Support cooperatives in CAC operations, ensure adherence to operational guidelines and MOA requirements, monitor production, premiums, and policy renewals, and assist in strategic planning and budgeting. 
Training & System Support: Provide hands-on training for cooperative staff on insurance systems, sales processes, remittance, and reporting, while coordinating with IT for system implementation and troubleshooting. 
Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain monthly production reports, inventory of policies and receipts, minutes of meetings, and manage inquiries through official CAC channels.
