• Actively market and sell individual insurance products, with a primary focus on Non-Life Insurance (NL), with a corresponding sales target yearly as agreed.

CAC Operations & Compliance

• Visit and assist cooperatives in their CAC operations, ensuring adherence to operational guidelines.
• Identify and develop non-CAC cooperatives with potential for future engagement and business expansion.
• Support cooperatives in establishing, maintaining, and improving their CAC as a business unit by addressing operational concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all CAC requirements as outlined in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and operations manual.
• Conduct regular monitoring of CAC production, unpaid/unreceipted premiums, and policy renewals.
• Assist in the preparation of strategic plans, annual budgets, and functional objectives related to CAC operations.
