Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- - Optimising route of RSP to ensure regular SUBD visits
- - SUBD classification based on value sales and weight the frequency of visits
- - Identifying and finalizing the prospects for RSP, SUBD
- - Ensuring backup creation for the existing SS
- - SDE needs to have a funnel of backup Salesman/Distributor created which needs to be refreshed on a periodical basis.
- - Tracking absenteeism and keeping a close watch on the man-days to ensure consistency in productivity
- - To check and monitor the RSP's as per the infrastructure budgets
- - Responsible to keep the FF attrition in check
- - SS infrastructure review
- - SS delivery performance review
- - SS app usage review
- - Reduction of time to settle manual & damage claims of SS
