Job Description

We are looking for high-performing SDRs / Inside Sales Representatives with strong experience in Cold calling ad outbound sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and execute Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for SaaS and IT services
  • Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → demos setting
  • Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and outbound prospecting at scale
  • Generate and qualify SQLs through outbound and inbound channels
  • Manage pipeline and deal progress using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with marketing and leadership to refine messaging and targeting
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in cold calling, outbound email campaigns, and prospecting
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and GTM execution
