Sales Development Rep

We're a premier provider of talent acquisition and recruitment consulting services to the healthcare and telehealth industry.We're scaling our sales organization and seeking a Sales Development Representative to help us continue to identify and attract more clients for our suite of services.This person will help us raise the tent on what we're building at Beacon while becoming a meaningful contributor to our growth in both revenue and market share.
**In this role you will;**- Develop an understanding of our mission, vision, value proposition, and ideal customer.
- Build lists of companies and decision makers at those companies that fit our ideal customer profile.
- Leverage social media to identify and engage decision makers- Use our CRM to track, record, and maintain accuracy of our sales pipeline.
