About the Role

We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage inbound leads only, no cold calling.

This role is focused on speed-to-lead, nurturing prospects, creating urgency, and booking free trial workout visits. You’ll be responsible for turning interest into scheduled appointments through structured follow-up and high-energy communication.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound leads daily
  • Respond quickly via calls and text messages.
  • Nurture prospects and build excitement and urgency
  • Confidently handle objections and explain services clearly.
  • Book free trial workout visits.
  • Maintain a structured 30–45 day follow-up cadence inside the CRM.
  • Complete 50–75 touches per day (calls, texts, follow-ups).
  • Keep accurate records of all interactions.
