Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Gather and organize sales leads that fit with our Tech2B AI products.
  • Detect market opportunities and develop leads across all channels, including marketing events, industry reports, blogs, and social media.
  • Ensure that sales leads are of high quality, targeting potential customers.
  • Grade all leads and distribute them to Account Executives/sales representatives in a timely manner.
  • Develop and qualify new prospect opportunities within assigned territory.
  • Work closely with ByteDance’s Marketing, AEs, and Alliances teams to develop targeted strategies and messaging.
  • Build relationships, qualify opportunities, and generate a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline.
  • Conduct high‑level conversations with business owners in prospect accounts.
