We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and empathetic Intake & Sales Development Representative to be the face and voice of our team.
Role Overview~
Act as the Front Door for families making important care decisions.
Bridge the gap between inquiries and life-changing care consultations.
Manage phone calls thoughtfully and maintain a clean CRM.
Mission~
Handle every inquiry confidently.
Convert calls into scheduled consultations.
Keep the sales pipeline active and support the sales team.
Ensure every client feels heard and valued.
Key Responsibilities~
Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled care consultations.
Maintain Salesforce and WellSky systems accurately and up-to-date.
Conduct follow-up calls to prospects and quality assurance calls to current clients.
