Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM

Compensation:

• Base:
  COP 2,600,000 - 3,000,000/month
• Commission:
  COP 100,000 per attended meeting
• Performance Bonuses:
  Hit 70+ shows or 60%+ show rates and unlock additional incentives
• Earning potential on achieving targets:
  Up to COP 9,100,000/month (base + commission)
• Exceeding 50% show rates
  : Earn up to 11 million/month
