What You'll Do
Negotiate rates and secure capacity with carriers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with transportation providers.
Analyze market trends and pricing strategies.
Ensure timely coverage of loads while maximizing profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet operational and sales goals.
What We're Looking For
At least 6 months of experience in sales (required).
English level B2+ to C1 (mandatory).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills....
