As a Sales Development Representative – Level Two, you are an experienced and results-driven professional responsible for creating high-quality sales opportunities across the full Sophos product portfolio. In this advanced role, you go beyond individual performance metrics — driving innovation, mentoring peers, and helping shape the SDR organization’s strategies and campaigns.You combine consistent execution with creative thinking, leveraging data, technology, and collaboration to uncover new business opportunities. Acting as a bridge between Marketing, Sales, and Operations, you provide valuable “boots-on-the-ground” insights that influence how the team engages the market and converts leads into meaningful conversations.
